Shipping policy
Shipping costs, taxes, and import duties are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Japan
Standard delivery via Yamato Transport. Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000 (tax included). Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
International
We are currently shipping from Japan to the following countries:
US, Canada, UK, Norway, Switzerland, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, and countries in the European Union.
EU & UK customers: We ship DAP (Delivered at Place) to offer more affordable shipping options. This means duties, VAT, and handling fees are collected by your local post office upon delivery — not at checkout.
As of July 1, 2026, the following charges apply to EU parcels arriving from outside the EU:
- Flat €3 customs duty per package
- Postal handling fee of approx. €2–€7.50 per package
- VAT at your country's local rate
For UK orders under £135, no customs duty applies, but a carrier handling fee may apply. Orders over £135 are subject to customs duty based on product category. VAT applies to all UK orders regardless of value.
Upon reaching customs, your post office will send you an email or SMS with instructions to pay online. Your package will be delivered after payment.
Canadian customers: We ship DAP. Import duties and taxes are collected upon delivery by your local customs authority.
US, Asia, Australia & New Zealand customers: Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. If your order value is below your country's de minimis threshold, no additional duties will apply.
Please note that duty calculations are estimates based on product classification and destination. Actual duties assessed by customs may vary.
