Shipping policy

Shipping costs, taxes, and import duties are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

Japan

Standard delivery via Yamato Transport. Free shipping on orders over ¥10,000 (tax included). Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

 

International

We are currently shipping from Japan to the following countries:
US, Canada, UK, Norway, Switzerland, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, and countries in the European Union.

For Canadian and European customers, please note that we are shipping DAP (Delivered at Place) so we can offer more affordable shipping options.  That means your country will collect import duties and taxes from you upon delivery, including VAT. Upon arriving customs, your post office will send you an email or sms text message with instructions to pay the VAT and duties online. After you pay, the package will be delivered.

For customers shipping to the US, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand: duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. If the value of your order is below your country's de minimis threshold, no additional duties will apply.

Please note that duty calculations are estimates based on product classification and destination. Actual duties assessed by customs may vary.
