Damaged or Defective Items We inspect every order before it ships. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@otelier.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Replacements or store credit are offered at our discretion for verified defects only. Please retain the item and its original packaging until you hear back from us.
What Is Not Considered a Defect Natural variation in bamboo grain, texture, and dye or color absorption is inherent to handcrafted materials and is not considered a defect. Gift cards are non-refundable.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@otelier.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is returned in its original condition.
