The Quartet is a side table that turns into four stools. This space saving design and multi-functional piece was designed to encourage hanging out with friends at home.

For indoor use only. The Quartet is made with hardwood, and as such the variations in colors and textures from the grain and knots are expected and part of its character. The wood is finished with a water-based lacquer. You can prevent stains by avoiding hot items, liquids, and direct sunlight on the Quartet. Use coasters and mats when putting beverages, food, and plants on the stools. Also be careful when placing metal objects, including laptops with sharp edges, which can scratch and dent the surface.

Make space for hanging out at home

Having lived in cities our entire lives, we understand the joys and constraints of living in small spaces. We love having friends over, but often run into the problem of not having enough seats for for our friends. So, we designed the Quartet.

A side table comprised of four stools that stack together inconspicuously, the Quartet providing extra seating for guests without requiring extra storage.

We wanted to create a product that addresses urban loneliness, a growing mental health pandemic that affects people of all ages, especially in cities, not to mention during COVID. We've felt it ourselves. The solution is friends, and the best environment to form deep friendships is not bars, concerts, work, or events, but rather, the home, where the intimacy and exclusivity encourage authentic and close friendships.

We hope that the Quartet will enable people to turn their homes into a social space, fostering friendships and good memories to come.
